Ingredients: Organic green rooibos, cinnamon bark, licorice root, honeybush, red rooibos, orange peel, and natural flavoring. Caffeine Free.
 
Brew tea at 203º - Use 1-2 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 4 minutes.
