Black Iced Tea & Honeyed Lemonade



  1. Divide loose leaf tea between your teabags.

  2. In a saucepan, bring 1/4 gallon (1 quart or 4 Cups) of water to a boil, reduce heat.

  3. Add teabags to the water in your saucepan and steep for 15 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile add honey and juice of lemons to a 1 gallon pitcher.

  5. Pour warm tea into pitcher, stirring to dissolve honey.

  6. Top with remaining 3 quarts of cold water, stirring to combine.

  7. Allow to come to room temperature, then refrigerate for up to 3 days.

  8. Garnish with lemon wheels, if desired.
