Easy Popcorn with Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Popcorn Kernels (Try our organic white popcorn from Severson Farms, link coming soon)

  • 2 TBSP Verbena Butter Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste


  1. Heat oil over medium, high heat.

  2. Add popcorn kernels and cover with vented lid or a full lid that is slightly ajar to let steam escape to keep popcorn crispier

  3. One the kernels start to pop, give the pot a shimmy every several seconds to evenly distribute seeds

  4. Once popping slows, remove the pan from the heat

  5. When kernels are done popping remove lid, salt to taste, and serve
