4 Peeled Garlic
2 Tbsp Herbs de Provence
2 Lb pork tenderloin
Heat oven to 375°F.
Line a roasting pan with foil and set aside.
Combine olive oil, garlic, Herbs de Provence, in a pie dish.
Roll the pork loin in the olive oil mixture and place in roasting pan.
Roast on center oven rack for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reads 150°F and juices run clear.
Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
