Herbes De Provence Pork Loin


INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Line a roasting pan with foil and set aside.

  3. Combine olive oil, garlic, Herbs de Provence, in a pie dish.

  4. Roll the pork loin in the olive oil mixture and place in roasting pan.

  5. Roast on center oven rack for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature reads 150°F and juices run clear.

  6. Remove from oven, cover with foil and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
