Kimchi & Scallion Egg Nest



  1. In a small nonstick skillet over medium heat, warm oil.

  2. Add kimchi and press together to form a disc-shaped nest.

  3. With a spoon, make a depression in the top and crack egg into it.

  4. Top with scallions.

  5. Cover pan and cook to desired degree of doneness, about 4 minutes for over-easy.
