Ingredients: Green rooibos, echinacea, coriander, hibiscus, ginger root, lemon grass, linden leaf, spearmint, bee pollen, marshmallow root, eucalyptus, oatstraw, lemon peel, and natural flavoring  
 
Brew tea at 203º - Use 1-2 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 4 minutes.
