Organic Green Tea-Small Batch-Made in the USA-Contains Caffeine
This tea blend combines Japanese Sencha green tea, yerba mate, and several herbal botanicals to create a high-antioxidant beverage designed for energy, focus, and overall wellness. It offers a balanced, moderate-caffeine boost supported by nutrient-dense superfoods and calming herbs, making it an excellent choice for metabolic support, mental clarity, libido, and digestive health.
Ingredients: Organic Green Sencha Tea, yerba mate, lemongrass, lemon balm, dandelion root, cornflowers, lavender, strawberry pieces, cocoa nibs, and bee pollen.
Brew tea at 175º - Use 1-2 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 1 minute.
Iced Tea: Prepare the loose tea: Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 1 cup of water. For example, if you're making 8 cups of tea, then steep eight 8 teaspoons of loose tea leaves in 8 cups of hot water. Add an additional 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves for a stronger, bolder flavor, or if using a delicately-flavored tea.
*Gallon: use 2 oz of loose leaf tea (roughly 1-1 1/2 cups depending on leaf size)
Once the hot water is ready, pour it over the tea leaves and steep for the blend's recommended period of time.
To sweeten, add 1/4 cup of sugar or honey per 1 gallon of tea and adjust to taste. Be sure to add the sweetener while the tea is still hot and stir well until fully dissolved.
Once steeped, pour the hot tea concentrate into a serving pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or let cool to room temperature and serve over extra ice.
