Shipping & Returns

Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for packaging and processing before items are shipped.  Shipping and Handling for USA only. All shipping rates are directly quoted from UPS and USPS websites. Verbena does not add any charges for Shipping or Handling.

Back Orders: Most of our products are instock at all times. Should a back order occur we will automaticaly ship the items as soon as we can unless you specify that you do not wish to have us fill your back orders.

Cancellation: If there is a need to cancel an order, this must be done within 1-6 hours of completing your order.  Otherwise, the order must be shipped back at the expense of the purchaser or returned in store within 3 days of receiving the shipment.  Items that have been opened or seals have been tampered with will not be excepted for return or exchange.

Tax Charges:  We include tax into the price of our products for Illinois, at a rate of 7.25%.

Damaged Items:  

  • United States Postal Service (USPS) is the package service used by Verbena. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped via USPS.

  • If selecting an expedited method of shipping, there is no guarantee that order received after 5 pm CST will ship the same day. We suggest you call to verify same day shipments. NOTE: Expedited shipping schedule is Monday-Friday during business hours.  Weekend orders can not be guaranteed to arrive on your selected day.

  • Verbena is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to circumstances beyond their control. This would include but not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, equipment failures.

  • Verbena is not held responsible for any delays USPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.

  • All packages are insured when they leave Verbena store location. If a package is damaged in shipment , you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. Verbena is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.  Please file a claim with USPS.
