Lemon Curd

Lemon Curd is one of the all time favorite spreads. 

Made the traditional way, with lots of eggs and butter which give it a velvety smooth texture and bright lemon flavor.

An absolute must for an English Tea.  Spread it liberally on scones, toast, English muffins.  It's wonderful as a pretzel dip, or blended with yoghurt.  Always served it chilled.

 

Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Whole EGG (pasteurised), Butter, Lemon Juice (from concentrate) (4%), Agar, Citric Acid, Natural Lemon Flavor, Vitamin E, TBHQ to protect flavor and color

CONTAINS: Eggs, Milk

    1. Glaze on vegetables.
    2. Glaze on meats such as ham and pork chops.
    3. Glaze on chicken wings.
    4. Glaze on fish such as salmon, shark steaks and swordfish.
    5. Topping for cheese and crackers including goat cheese, smoked cheddar and brie as an appetizer.
    6. Mix pepper jelly with cream cheese for a dip.
