Organic Black Tea-Small Batch-Made in the USA-Contains Caffeine
 
Organic Black Assam, Pu-erh, and Makaibari tea are all rich in antioxidants that support cardiovascular health, improve mental alertness, and provide anti-inflammatory effects.
 
A hand-blended organic black tea: Robust, with smoky notes and a hint of malt.  This morning tea evokes images of fields of wildflowers growing on hillsides in the summer.

Ingredients: Organic Black Assam, Organic Pu-erh, Organic Black Makaibari.

Brew tea at 195º - Use 1-2 tsp. leaf per 8 oz. water. Allow boiling water to cool slightly, then pour over leaves. Steep 3 minutes.
 
Iced Tea: Prepare the loose tea: Use 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per 1 cup of water. For example, if you're making 8 cups of tea, then steep eight 8 teaspoons of loose tea leaves in 8 cups of hot water. Add an additional 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves for a stronger, bolder flavor, or if using a delicately-flavored tea.
*Gallon: use 2 oz of loose leaf tea (roughly 1-1 1/2 cups depending on leaf size)
Once the hot water is ready, pour it over the tea leaves and steep for the blend's recommended period of time. 
To sweeten, add 1/4 cup of sugar or honey per 1 gallon of tea and adjust to taste. Be sure to add the sweetener while the tea is still hot and stir well until fully dissolved. 
Once steeped, pour the hot tea concentrate into a serving pitcher and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or let cool to room temperature and serve over extra ice.
