Spicy Persian Lime Shrimp Kabobs


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 1/2 Lbs Large, peeled, deveined Shrimp

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flake

  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper

  • Fresh squeezed Lime Juice (optional)

  • 6 x 12 inch Wooden Skewers


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes so they don’t ignite while grilling.

  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  3. In a bowl, combine Persian Lime Olive Oil with shrimp and toss to coat.

  4. Thread shrimp evenly onto the skewers.

  5. Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  6. Grill shrimp 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until done.

  7. Squeezed fresh lime over shrimp and serve.
