INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Lbs Large, peeled, deveined Shrimp
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flake
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
Fresh squeezed Lime Juice (optional)
6 x 12 inch Wooden Skewers
DIRECTIONS:
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes so they don’t ignite while grilling.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine Persian Lime Olive Oil with shrimp and toss to coat.
Thread shrimp evenly onto the skewers.
Sprinkle shrimp with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Grill shrimp 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until done.
Squeezed fresh lime over shrimp and serve.
