CAPRESE PANINI WITH BASIL PESTO


Caprese Panini with basil pesto

INGREDIENTS:



DIRECTIONS:

  1. Brush oil on one side of each slice of bread

  2. Spread the other sides with 1 T. pesto.

  3. Arrange turkey, mozzarella and tomato on top of the pesto, drizzle with balsamic, and then, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with another slice of bread, oiled side up.

  4. Toast panini on both sides in a skillet over medium heat OR bake at 375F for 10-12 min on a parchment lined baking pan
